I hope you‰’re ready for the floor. Hot Chip just released new track “Flutes‰” off their upcoming album “In Our Heads,‰” due out mid-June this year.

Danceable as ever, Hot Chip takes on a less peppy synth sound with “Flutes,‰” opting for smoother, trance beats and vocals that feel skewed towards lower pitches. The easy groove of the eight-minute track begs to be listened on repeat.

“Flutes‰” is the Hot Chip‰’s first release of new material since their 2010 album “One Life Stand.‰” The electropop band announced the June 2012 release of “In Our Heads,‰” their fifth album and first since joining Domino Records, earlier this month.
