Miguel’s album, War & Leisure

After a two-year break, R&B singer Miguel has reemerged and he comes bearing gifts. Flaunting his soft, coily dreadlocks and slightly gold-capped smile, the R&B free spirit returned to us with his newest album, War & Leisure, on December 1st 2017. The album is strongly represented by songs like “Sky Walker” ft. Travis Scott, a danceable track for your summer party playlist, and “Come Through and Chill” ft. J.Cole and Salaam Remi, which is exactly what the You Up? text that you were hoping for sounds like. War & Leisure is an eclectic album that is refreshing yet reminiscent of the same Miguel that we fell in love with in the 2000s. War & Leisure is some of Miguel’s best work to date and we think the release of this album deserves a few victory laps. Luckily, Miguel agrees with us.

The grammy-winning singer invites all free spirits and wild-hearted lovers to join him as he embarks on a 26-date tour, The Ascension Tour, in major cities across the U.S. As if that wasn’t enough, Miguel will also be hitting the road with moody R&B duo DVSN and his brother Nonchalant Savant. The Ascension Tour will be at The Anthem in Washington, D.C. on September 4th, 2018 and door open at 6:30PM.
