Alternative rock meets 80’s synth-pop when Glove performs at DC9 Nightclub this Friday, September 24th. With infectious electronic melodies slamming into classic rock and roll, this show is one euphoric dance party you will not want to miss.

Composed of Rob Wendt, Brie Deux, Michelle Primiani, and Justin Burns, Glove arrives in DC after a summer of festival performances including Lollapalooza. Originating from Tampa, FL in 2017, Glove self-produced small shows before opening for other indie bands across the East Coast.

Masked up and with proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a recent negative test, attendees can groove to the dominating guitar lick of “Behaviour,” a high-energy hit highlighting the intoxicating drug known as love.

Glove is expected to release their debut album soon, produced with a helping hand from Cage the Elephant’s guitarist Brad Schultz. The concert will feature singles from the future album with an entrancing opening act by the up-and-coming punk-electronic group True Body.

Glove will be playing at DC9 Nightclub this Friday, September 24th. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door, which opens at 7:30 pm. You can listen to Glove here.
