Music is the most worthy of distractions. As someone who plays no instruments, and with a singing voice fit for a smoking commercial, my column would focus on music as it is to the vast majority of us. A relaxing hobby, a beautiful distraction. I will write reviews and reflections on my favorite albums and artists, always ensuring to take the approach of the everyman. Recognizing the art not for just its cultural significance or musical brilliance, but also as a universal language that all can enjoy.
