The White Tiger can not be easily described. As a simultaneously viral and elusive star, 2hollis has gained a cult-like following who all desperately want to replicate his aura, with many fans donning the single black line of makeup that Hollis wears under his eyes when attending shows. Those who have been following 2hollis are undoubtedly aware of rommulas and Nate Sib, two artists who, thanks to 2hollis’ massive growth in popularity, have found their own supporters (or in rommulas’ case, a slight touch of online trolling) and served as openers for the Oct. 14th show at The Fillmore.
With fans on social media discussing the intensity of the mosh pits at his shows across the country, expectations were set for a high-energy EDM/rage-influenced performance, which was certainly delivered. A 2hollis performance is unique in many ways: the unveiling of a giant white tiger on stage, the frequent Pokémon-like chanting of his own name “two”, and his overall presence as an almost ethereal star is captivating. By jumping around the stage and energetically delivering auto-tuned vocals for an over 20 song set (including his viral hit “jeans” four times in a row to conclude the show), fans were served all of his biggest hits accompanied by impressive rave-esque lighting.
Through his four studio albums, 2hollis has found a unique place within the music industry, from 2022’s “White Tiger” (the source of his nickname, and a title which he says is representative of a figure that he saw in his dreams) to his most recent release, 2025’s “Star”, hollis has shown exponential development as both an experimental creator and viral hit-maker (as seen by the TikTok success of 2’s “poster boy”).
The Star Tour will continue in the U.S through Nov. 1st before going overseas for a mix of standalone shows and festival appearances.
