Rocky Horror season is officially upon us! This year the Lincoln Theater will be blessing us with all things strange on Oct. 31 at 8 p.m., for the show’s 50th anniversary.
While it did not receive the best response when it was originally sent to theaters in 1975, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” has since become a cult classic among any and all outcasts. For over four decades, The Rocky Horror Picture Show has created a league of their own, defining what we call a “cult classic movie”. Since its debut, the show has grossed over $170 million worldwide and holds the record for the longest continuously running movie release of all time.
So come up to the lab and see what’s on the slab with The Sonic Transducers, Washington D.C.’s one and only Rocky Horror Shadow Cast! You are guaranteed to be shivering with anticipation this Halloween at the Lincoln Theater when doors open at 6 p.m.
A limited number of tickets to see the 50th anniversary show are still available here.
