Kansas synth rockers Noise FM offer up a charged, provocative album that would be most at home in a dingy underground club. The album is high energy throughout, with dominant, grooving basslines and super catchy choruses and lines, all with tastefully synthed guitars over each song. Vocals and lyrics focused around sex, love, and attraction (both the name and overarching theme of the album) command a few of the tracks, like “Keep Me In the Dark‰” and “Fools‰Û. Noise FM combines just the right amount of synth-pop and dirty rock to keep this record fun, intriguing, and fresh. “Attraction‰” goes back to instinct and passion to be a true rock n‰’ roll record.
