In its baby stages….

Arthur Beatrice is not an individual, but instead a group of four from London. The group sticks to simplicity- barely there beats on some tracks, while others feature more pressing rhythms and a touch of synth. They fall under the indie pop category, sounding like The xx at times, and sometimes shifting more into the Florence and the Machine category. While the simplicity of their melody driven songs works to their advantage, the album demands more creativity to avoid being forgotten along with the rest of similar Brit indie pop sounds. The vocals and musicality are strong, but Arthur Beatrice might need more time to ripen.
