Big Scar maintain an indie sound while working in subtle characteristics of noise rock, making for an album that is both lyrically and musically intriguing. The album closes with “Final Thoughts, with Tom and Jo‰Û, which is a culmination of the electronic experimentation, melodic riffs, and duo vocals present throughout the album. For an album called “Not Art‰Û, Big Scary certainly managed to make an innovative and frankly artistic album.
