Drug Cabin, "Yard Work" (401K Music Inc.)

Chloe Kim

Are you going on a camping trip in an RV through the mountains?

At first I thought this was John Mayer and then I heard the vocals and it sounded like a woman because the vocals are quite high pitched. But I like it. The duo make calming, good for anytime tunes. I think this would especially compliment a nice autumn hike as it reminds me of a lumberjack at times or a chill sesh on the lawn in the springtime. At the same time they sound like happy surfer vibes like with their song “California‰” — which makes sense because the duo supposedly found themselves in the “creative wave of LA.‰” “Goldenwall‰” puts you into a dazed stare while “Jesus‰” sounds like they went back in time to the 60s and experimented with drugs. Drug Cabin has their time and place, but if you like them expect to spend a short time with them as many of their songs are quite short.
