Franz Ferdinand is coming to the Anthem on April 7 with opening act Telescreens. The Anthem is a beautiful venue located right on the Wharf.
Franz Ferdinand formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 2002. Known for songs like “Take Me Out,” “Do You Want To,” and “No You Girls,” they’ve been making indie-rock hits since they formed. Right now they are touring their sixth studio album “The Human Fear” which was released in January of 2025. The album showcases the band’s signature blend of danceable rhythms and sharp guitar work, with tracks like “Audacious” and “Night or Day” capturing their classic energy.
Whether you’re a longtime fan or just tuning in, this show promises a high-energy, singalong-filled night from start to finish. Don’t miss the chance to see Franz Ferdinand and Telescreens live in one of D.C.’s best venues. Tickets are available here for the show on April 7.
