For those in need of contemplative, dream-like melodies, Loving might just be the band you’ve been looking for. On March 19, 2024, Loving will be performing a sold-out show at DC9 Nightclub with support from Fog Lake, ensuring a night of nostalgic lo-fi for all to enjoy.

Loving began as a DIY long-distance musical project between members David Parry, Lucas Henderson and Jesse Henderson in 2015. After experiencing unexpected success from their self-titled EP, the band decided to get together to work on more music as well as begin performing live shows. Since then, Loving has released two albums, “If I Am Only My Thoughts” in 2020 and their latest project “Any Light” released in February of this year. Although all of their music features warm, nostalgia-evoking instrumentals and sincere lyricism, “Any Light” is the perfect culmination of their work thus far. The band ever so slightly pushes themselves out of their comfort zone, creating the perfect, well-rounded sound that is sure to entrance any and all lo-fi fans.
